To fill in an application for divorce in the UK, you need to follow a structured process, which can be done either online or on paper.

D36 is the form that you complete and file at court if you wish to apply for the Final Order in divorce (formerly known as the Decree Absolute), which is the document which brings your marriage to an end.

The D84 form is used to apply for the conditional order in divorce (formerly known as Decree Nisi).

A Form E is a 30 page statement which the court requires each party to a financial case, within divorce, to complete. The form requires you to set out a comprehensive overview of your financial information supported by relevant documents.
