As Family Mediation Week 2024 (22nd – 26th January) commences, separating couples are encouraged to avoid costly and lengthy courtroom conflict by using mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method.

Mediation is a confidential environment where the mediator acts as an independent impartial aid to the conversation and helps people reach agreement on issues they cannot discuss themselves for a variety of reasons.
