Subecca Sheikh
Associate Solicitor

As an Associate Solicitor at Fullers Family Law, I offer a wealth of experience and dedication to providing exceptional client care.

With a strong background in Family Law, I have honed my expertise through a senior position at a prominent London firm, before joining the growing family team at Fullers Family Law in June 2023.

I specialise in all aspects of Family Law, with a particular emphasis in finance matters, including helping high-net-worth individuals. I also have extensive experience dealing with diverse pension structures, complex asset arrangements, businesses, overseas assets management, trusts, shares and more recently, cryptocurrency.

In addition to my finance expertise, I have established a strong foundation in children-related disputes, covering a wide spectrum of issues ranging from child arrangements to jurisdictional matters, abduction cases, leave to remove applications, emergency Hague Convention cases and Special Guardianship Orders. With a firm focus on the well-being of the child, I approach these cases with utmost care and determination, always striving to identify the best possible solutions.

At Fullers Family Law, I help clients in a wide range of cases, including those involving international elements. My experience encompasses assisting clients from various professions, including those working in the NHS.

When it comes to my approach to cases and client care, I embrace a pragmatic and client-focused approach. I offer people guidance, support and a range of solutions that empower my clients to make informed decisions that align with their best interests.

I aim to steer clients away from unnecessary and costly court proceedings wherever feasible and strive to reach favourable outcomes through alternative dispute resolution methods, such as negotiation.

Outside of work, I have been actively involved in pro-bono programs, providing legal assistance to local communities in areas such as start-up businesses and housing issues. I also volunteered at the ‘Brent Young Peoples Law Service’, where I worked closely with young teenagers and vulnerable community members.

Testimonials

“Outstanding firm that cares about their clients. I was in a very difficult situation and didn't think I would have any way out to move forward. Fullers family law has been amazing throughout the situation. They understand my case and are very reassuring to help ease my worries. Gemma Cozens and Subecca Shiekh have both been amazing updating me through the case. They have advised me on the likely outcomes and how best to proceed whilst checking all the paper work. Both Gemma and Subecca replied to any queries promptly. A firm that really cares where you are not just considered a client file. If anyone was to need such legal aid I would definitely recommend Fullers family law.”

“I was very nervous when I contacted Fullers for some urgent advice. However everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and approachable which put me at ease. I paid for a 1 hour Pay As You Go consultation with a Lawyer as I had lots of questions and didn’t know what my options were. After the meeting I was much clearer and I found the Pay As You Go option very useful to obtain a block of specific advice. I would recommend Fullers to anyone facing family difficulties.”
