Reena Bhanderi
Senior Associate Solicitor

As a family solicitor at Fullers Family Law, my role is to utilise over 14 years of experience to support my clients in a range of Family Law matters.

After working as a senior family solicitor for a US law firm in London, I joined the growing team at Fullers Family Law in early 2023.

I work with a diverse range of clients and specialise in all aspects of family law work, including divorce, annulment, civil partnership dissolution, finances, cohabitation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, private children law disputes and domestic violence proceedings.

I act on behalf of local and international clients from a range of occupations and backgrounds, including having assisted high-net-worth clients, business owners, bankers, NHS employees, military personnel & their spouses and those working within the film & media industry.

I also advise parents on issues relating to children, such as urgent applications and living arrangements applications, alongside negotiating child arrangements and parenting plans.

Throughout my career I have helped resolve many family law disputes, providing clients with clear, strategic and pragmatic advice.

In terms of my approach to cases and client care, I’m empathic and always aim to get the best possible outcome for my clients whilst managing their expectations. I believe in taking an early approach to strategy and planning so that clients are aware of the possible outcomes and their options from the beginning. My goal is to establish and develop client relationships based on trust, communication and presence.

I always strive to negotiate and settle matters outside of court in the first instance, to save clients the cost, stress and delay that is associated with formal court proceedings. In some instances, it is appropriate to issue proceedings and that can help move a case forward, prevent parties from using delay tactics or being unnecessarily unreasonable. I have considerable experience in achieving successful outcomes for my clients in court.

Testimonials

“Outstanding support throughout what was inevitably a very stressful and in the end protracted process for all parties, Reena was fantastic. Both professional and personable, a difficult situation was eased and I felt like I had someone in my corner at every stage. Sensitive and a good listener at times, direct and an experienced guide at others. Thank you Reena”

“I could not thank or recommend Fuller's Family Law enough. From the first time I contacted Fullers regarding my situation, they made me feel at ease, supported and I was informed that they could help me get through this difficult time and they did just that. My solicitor Reena was absolutely 5 star, she listened to me from the beginning and I felt heard which was just what I needed. Reena kept me updated throughout my case, was very efficient, understanding and I truly felt she wanted the best for me. Although the situation was very overwhelming for me, Reena was able to keep me calm, reassured me and got me through the whole process until the end and I couldn't thank her enough.”
