Kerry Read
Associate Solicitor

As a Family Solicitor at Fullers Family Law, I specialise in helping clients through separation and divorce related matters.

After working in Norwich since qualification as a Solicitor, I joined the growing team at Fullers Family Law in 2024.

I work with a diverse range of clients, including high net worth individuals across all aspects of family law. I focus on helping people to achieve their goals and alwaysexplain all the options available given the specific circumstances and pride myself on my pro-active and pragmatic advice.

I have a particular interest in private law child cases, including finding of fact hearings involving serious allegations of domestic violence and child abuse.

I am an experienced advocate in Court and offer those clients who wish to have the continuity of service my representation in a wide range of hearings.

I take a robust yet empathetic approach to matters, ensuring thorough attention to detail. I am personable and always available to address any questions or concerns clients may have throughout their case, making sure they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

I am also the Vice President of the Norwich and Norfolk Law Society and due to become the President of the Society in November 2024.

I am a member of Resolution and volunteer for Citizen’s Advice, as well as Norwich and Norfolk Law Community Service.

“After having a dissapointing experience with my previous law firm, I am delighted to be working with someone who seems to finally “get it”. I really feel like Kerry has my back here and is looking to represent my best interests. She has listened to me and taken the time to ensure she gathers the information to really understand what has been happening and enable us to work as a team to present the best possible case we can. I also feel confident that Kerry will tell me the truth of her legal expertise and opinion and not just what I want to hear. I feel like I am definitely in confident, competent and professional hands!”

“I recently have used Fullers law for some urgent advice and had done so last year too. Helped me make some big decisions. The lawyer this time was really good, Kerry Read. Very clever but made things simple. All the people I have dealt with are very helpful and help take the stress out of horrible situations. I would recommend these and Kerry to you if you need help.”
