Asia Razaq-Miah
Senior Associate Solicitor
As a Senior Associate Solicitor at Fullers Family Law, I have over 15 years of legal expertise to support my clients.
After training at a Legal 500 top tier firm, I joined Fullers Family Law in 2014, where I dedicated my practice exclusively to Family Law. My experience enables me to provide my clients with tailored legal solutions and compassionate guidance during what can be challenging and emotional times.
I am an experienced Family Law solicitor with expertise in a wide range of family law matters. My practice primarily focuses on the financial implications arising from separation, handling cases that range from low to high net worth, including intervenors and those involving NHS and Police pensions. I also draft and negotiate pre and post nuptial agreements.
In addition to financial matters, I am well-versed in private children law disputes, addressing complex issues that may involve parents, grandparents, parental alienation, and relocation. I also provide support in sensitive matters such as domestic violence, coercive control and injunctive relief.
As a legal professional, I utilise my skills to help clients navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity. My approach combines a commitment to understanding my clients' unique circumstances and providing clear, strategic advice for tailored solutions, whilst also empowering them.
My empathetic approach ameliorates trust based relationships, enabling me to advocate effectively for my clients' interests. As a skilled advocate and negotiator, I represent my clients both in and out of the courtroom, striving for a fair resolution.
My genuine passion for Family Law and commitment to my clients is reflected in the positive client feedback that I receive, emphasising my dedication to provide support and achieve fair outcomes.
Since 2014, I have been a committed member of Resolution, embracing a non-confrontational and constructive approach to family dispute resolution in alignment with the organisations core values.
In August 2024, I was elected to the Society of Asian Lawyers (SAL) committee, marking a significant milestone in my career. I am committed to advocating for the Asian community within the legal profession. I enjoy collaborating with fellow committee members to advance equality, diversity, and inclusion in the legal field. I hope to raise awareness and educate both our members and the broader community about the legal and social challenges facing the Asian population. Through my efforts, I seek to empower and inspire future generations of Asian legal professionals.
In addition to my legal work and committee involvements, I am passionate about engaging in charitable initiatives that truly make a difference. I actively raise funds for various projects/causes and have taken on thrilling challenges such as skydiving and bungee jumping. These adventures not only reflect my adventurous spirit but also underpin my commitment to raising funds for vulnerable members of our global community.
