Sehra Tabasum
Solicitor

As a Family Solicitor at Fullers Family Law, my role is to advise clients on a full range of Family Law matters arising from relationship breakdowns, including divorce, matrimonial finances and cohabitation disputes. Throughout my career, I have also gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of private children law.

My experience includes resolving a wide variety of matters, from representing stay at home parents and professionals, to high-net-worth individuals with assets such as matrimonial houses, businesses, company shares, multiple investment properties and inherited wealth.

I also have experience assisting with complex pensions, including public sector pensions such as the Police and NHS.

I am a member of Resolution and I believe in providing a bespoke service to all my clients, by focussing on their individual needs and the specific dynamics of their situation. My strategy for resolving matters is always to try and negotiate a settlement outside of the Court process in the first instance, but if that is not possible, I have experience in robustly representing my clients in Court.
