As a Family Solicitor at Fullers Family Law, I have significant experience in helping clients through a range of family law related matters. From divorce and separation to child arrangements, finances, cohabitation, pre-nuptials, and TOLATA matters.
Since qualifying in 2006 I have held senior and head of department positions in law firms in and around the Milton Keynes area. I have built a reputation for helping clients to resolve a range of family law matters, from divorce and finances to complex children matters. My focus is on supporting my clients through what can be a stressful process, providing them with clear, tailored and strategic advice in a calm and considered way.
Throughout my career I have built up a wealth of experience in helping police officers, firefighters, NHS workers and members of the Armed Forces. I have extensive experience in dealing with the complexities of various types of pension schemes in both the public and private sectors. I have also represented clients in complex children cases, to include the published case of PP v AB [2025] EWHC 3609. This was an appeal against an order permitting a mother to relocate with the parties’ young children to Northern Ireland. In the appeal judgment the High Court gave important guidance on the increasingly common and problematic use of the diagnostic language of mental health conditions in circumstances where a party to family proceedings is talking not about a mental health condition but about unhappiness or distress. Not only was the appeal successful, the subsequent re-hearing was also successful, resulting in a hugely successful and life-changing outcome for my client.
I always aim to resolve any issue outside of court, to help reduce delays, costs and stress. Taking a commercial view of each situation, looking at all the associated costs versus the potential results, helps to put clients in the driving seat. That said, in some situations there may be the need to issue proceedings in court, and if they are needed, I have considerable experience in achieving the best possible outcome for my clients. Efficient, cost-saving divorce solution
The service I received from Jane-Louise and the team at Fullers Family Law was exemplary. Jane-Louise is one of the few solicitors that can deal with both parties using the Together We Part system.
