I wanted to work in Family Law as I wanted to work in a type of law that I felt made a difference and helped people in difficult times.
I joined Fullers because they are a niche practice. I had worked briefly in criminal law and didn’t enjoy it, and didn’t want to be a floating secretary between different areas of law in a bigger firm. I favoured a smaller, friendly practice dealing solely in family law.
