As Team Leader of Legal Support at Fullers Family Law, I manage the client onboarding process, supervise the legal support functions, and oversee our reception team. My focus is on delivering a smooth, responsive and professional experience for every client from the very first point of contact.
I work closely with my team to support clients through what can often be emotionally challenging and complex family issues. By ensuring clear communication and efficient support, we help lay the foundations for a positive legal journey from the outset.
My professional background includes several years in the NHS, where I progressed from Senior Administrator to Surgery Manager. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience and valuable insight into supporting clients through emotionally challenging circumstances.
Empathy lies at the heart of my approach to client care. I understand that clients often come to us during some of the most difficult periods of their lives and I strive to ensure they feel heard, reassured, and confident in the support we provide. I am also committed to supporting the development of my team, fostering a culture of professionalism and compassion.

Efficient, cost-saving divorce solution
The service I received from Jane-Louise and the team at Fullers Family Law was exemplary. Jane-Louise is one of the few solicitors that can deal with both parties using the Together We Part system. This works out so much cheaper and far quicker to get the divorce granted as only one lawyer is needed. This obviously only works if you're in agreement but if you are, I urge you to contact Jane-Louise and the team to discuss the Together We Part option.
