As Head of Finance at Fullers Family Law, I lead the firm’s financial operations, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. I am focused on building a proactive, data-led finance function that supports confident, value-driven decision making across the firm.

I bring over 15 years of senior finance leadership experience gained across the UK, USA, Dubai, and India. I hold an MBA from the United States and am a Chartered Management Accountant qualified in the UK.

My expertise includes group consolidation, statutory reporting, and audit governance. I have led financial operations on major programmes, including overseeing the £125 million Digital Railway budget at Network Rail, delivering automated reporting solutions at NAK Consulting Services and Ricoh UK, and spearheading a cost-saving initiative that achieved 10 percent efficiency gains.

With a strong belief in mentorship, I enjoy supporting the next generation of finance professionals and helping colleagues across the business understand the narrative behind the numbers.
