About
When I founded Fullers Family Law in 2003, it was with one simple but powerful aim; to do family law differently. I wanted to create a space where people facing some of life’s most difficult moments could feel truly heard, supported and empowered, with legal solutions that are personal, strategic and creative, built around what really matters most to those we represent
The drive to create something different came from my own life journey. I joined the British Army at just 16, learning discipline, resilience, and how to lead from the front - even when the odds are stacked against you. That experience shaped the way I approach everything: with clarity, strength, and an unshakable belief to keep moving no matter how tough things get, and to look after those who stand with me.
After qualifying as a solicitor, my then partner and I set off in an old camper van. We travelled overland from the UK to India before backpacking through Southeast Asia to Beijing. It was a journey that opened my eyes to the power of human connection. Whether we were navigating border crossings, sharing meals with strangers or just getting directions, I learned that real understanding does not come from speaking louder, but from listening better. It is about empathy, cultural awareness, and meeting people where they are. Those lessons have become central to how I approach negotiation and conflict resolution to this day.
Today, I lead one of the largest privately owned family law firms that has not lost the personal touch. Our team delivers strategic, tailor-made solutions that put the client first. Whether it’s a high-net-worth financial dispute or a deeply emotional family matter, we take time to understand what really matters to you, and then we build a plan with you. We don’t default to compromise; we approach every case creatively and intelligently to secure the best possible outcome.
We believe that exceptional service starts with a supported, skilled team. That is why we invest in our people - when they thrive, those we represent benefit too. We are proud to hold the Investors in People Gold Standard, a reflection of our ongoing commitment to professional growth, wellbeing, and high standards across the firm. It’s not just something we say - it’s something we practice every day.
Above all, I’m a family man myself. I know what it means to protect, to sacrifice, and to care deeply about the people you love. That is why every case we handle is treated with the respect, sensitivity and the dedication it deserves. We understand that behind every file is someone’s real life, including those who are unrepresented within the family.
Our role is to help you understand your options clearly, and to work with you to move things forward in a way that makes sense for your situation. We will help you understand your options and offer clear, practical advice that is based on knowledge, experience and creative thinking.
