As the HR Advisor at Fullers Family Law, I bring a wealth of experience to the firm that spans over 20 years in HR and operations.

My career has always been centred on the welfare of individuals, having started my working life as a carer in a retirement home, which gave me the satisfaction of knowing I was looking after some of the most vulnerable people in society.

From there, I moved into HR which allowed me to continue my passion for looking after the interests and welfare of other people. I then proceeded into management, leading, nurturing and making sure the team performed to the best of their abilities.

I finally decided that HR was the route for me so after obtaining my CIPD qualification I worked across various HR roles which eventually led me to Fullers in January 2020.

I believe that people are the beating heart of any business and with a highly motivated, engaged and passionate team, both the business and our clients will benefit greatly.

In my role, I work tirelessly to be an advocate for equality and fairness, as well as helping to unlock the potential of all team members, no matter their position.
