As a receptionist at Fullers Family Law, I am the first point of contact for all new and existing clients.

I am responsible for providing a consistent customer experience by promptly dealing with any queries and ensuring clients are introduced to the lawyers who are best suited to assist their legal needs.

My approach to client care is to ensure that I am understanding of different situations and to be reassuring when listening to concerns. I am driven to assist all those who contact Fullers Family Law in search of solutions to reach their preferred outcome.

Before joining the expanding team, I worked in customer service roles where I developed skills that prompted me to fulfil my receptionist role and further expand my knowledge.
