Do you have to pay for family mediation?

 November 2022

Since the Government announced that they are extending the Mediation Voucher Scheme with an extra £5.4 million in funding, many couples will be eligible for £500 worth of vouchers towards the cost of mediation.

We are authorised by the Family Mediation Council (FMC) to offer these non-means-tested vouchers, however, this is only an option if both parties agree to mediation.

Our trained mediator will then assess your issues to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements. The matters to be resolved must include the arrangements for a child or children.
