Antonio Nacca
Associate Director & Team Leader
As an Associate Director and Team Leader at Fullers Family Law, I draw upon my extensive experience from my previous role as a Partner at a boutique law firm specialising in helping high-net-worth clients.
In 2024, I joined the growing team at Fullers to continue my commitment to delivering exceptional Family Law advice.
With wide-ranging experience across a variety of practice areas, I have a unique insight and approach to family litigation and negotiation. My expertise encompasses all aspects of Family Law, with a particular emphasis on complex financial settlements, divorce, and private children proceedings. I have significant experience in handling intricate cases involving high-net-worth individuals with substantial and often international assets. My practice also includes pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, injunctions, and resolving financial disputes out of court through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods.
I am dedicated to guiding my clients through the often challenging and emotional process of relationship breakdowns. I am passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for my clients, ideally without the need for court intervention, and am committed to adopting both constructive and cost-effective approaches to all cases. When litigation becomes necessary, my extensive experience ensures that my clients are expertly represented and well-prepared for a successful outcome.
