I solve issues and resolve disputes. I have been a trusted advisor to many people, from ultra-high-net-worth individuals and a Head of State, to my next-door neighbour. My broad experience as a family lawyer has rendered me well-equipped to assist with a wide range of issues that may be affecting you and your family.
I have particular experience in dealing with the financial aspects of divorce. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I worked in corporate finance for an international investment consultancy, and I am accustomed to dealing with cases concerning complex assets and business structures. I combine my technical skills and expertise with a sensitive and pragmatic approach to help my clients achieve their goals and objectives.
My advice is often sought in moments of great turbulence and emotional struggle, and I am driven by the trust that my clients place in me to help them embark upon the next chapter of their family life.
At Fullers, we do things differently. We combine our depth and breadth of experience with a passion for innovation to deliver a seamless, efficient service and favourable outcomes for our clients. We are committed to facilitating a conciliatory resolution to matters wherever possible, but are at the ready and equipped to defend our client’s interests with full rigour if this cannot be achieved.
My thoughts on legal reform have been sought and published in leading legal journals and I have worked on several high-profile, ground-breaking cases.
