Kerrie-Anne Atlee
Solicitor
As a Family Solicitor at Fullers Family Law, my role is to advise clients on a range of Family Law matters arising from relationship breakdowns, including divorce, marital division of assets and children matters. I also have a wide range of experience in all aspects of private children law with a particular specialism in matters involving domestic abuse and the protection of children’s rights and welfare.
After deciding on a career change following my own divorce, I decided to study for my law degree at the University of Hertfordshire.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in private law children matters, including where there was extensive involvement from social services/Local Authority because of complex issues such as allegations of neglect, domestic violence & substance abuse. I also helped reconnect a parent with a child that they had not seen for several years.
I’m passionate about helping families with children and always seek to provide my clients with clear and structured legal advice, whilst adopting a calm and compassionate approach.
I also plan on completing my higher rights of audience qualification in the future, so I can be a solicitor advocate in court.
I was previously employed as a lecturer at Hertfordshire International College delivering the Criminal Law, Constitutional & Administrative Law and Contract Law modules to law students and the Legal Governance & Ethics module to the Accountancy degree students.
I represented the university in mooting competitions and was also part of the university’s international moot team.
