I am a Family Solicitor at Fullers Family Law and I focus on helping clients through complex matters such as divorce, separation, child arrangements, finances, and cohabitation arrangements.
I also have extensive experience in resolving high net worth financial settlements and in the splitting of assets.
Throughout my career, I have worked almost exclusively within Family Law, spending the last 25 years helping clients across the country, particularly in the Midlands, North, and Southeast.
My skill set allows me to provide my clients with creative solutions, rather than following the traditional court-based process. In aiming to resolve matters outside of court, I help clients to avoid delays, additional costs and reduce stress.
My main focus is to bring my client's matter to an end, in a timely, and as constructive manner as possible. I focus on building meaningful relationships with clients, alongside providing clear, pragmatic, and comprehensive advice. I have also built relationships with a range of professionals, who happily refer their clients to me, knowing that they will be in a safe pair of hands.
My work includes advising Police Officers, NHS workers and members of the Armed Forces. I, therefore, have an understanding of the pressures that various careers can have on family life, alongside handling the complexities of relevant pensions schemes.
I am also the current Chair of Staffordshire Resolution which is an organisation committed to working on family and matrimonial matters in a non-confrontational, non-judgmental and respectful manner.
